Did you know that if you eat healthy foods you will decrease body odor?

If you smell when you perspire, switch to baked foods such as skinless chicken breast, ground turkey, baked fish (salmon/tilapia). Does this make sense?

Normally sweat is produced to regulate the temperature of the body, but excessive sweating and body odor may be due to stress or medication .
