Whats a good way to make twice baked potatoes?

Im not entirely sure on how to bake the potatoes in the first place. I dont have a grill right now. So whats a good and easy way of making baked potatoes inside?

I prefer to bake potatoes in the oven when making twice baked potatoes because the skins are stronger and don’t tear as easily as when you put them in a microwave.
For a basic baked potato, wash the potato, rub the skin with some type of oil, poke it a couple of times on top and bottom with a fork and bake in a 400 degree oven for about an hour. The potatoes are done when you squeeze them slightly and they are soft. Remove from the oven and let them cool until you can handle them without getting burned.
Slice the potatoes in half length wise. Scoop most of the potato out of the skin leaving a thin layer of potato inside. In a bowl mash the potatoes using a small amount of milk and sour cream or cream cheese (room temp). When mashed to the consistency you want, stir in additional items like shredded cheese, bacon bits, scallions etc. Take the potato skins and fill them up with the mashed potato mixture, mounding it up in the skin. Put on a baking sheet and bake at 350 for about 15 minutes or until the potatoes are hot.
