Baked Oatmeal

Is it good to eat oatmeal every day?

I always have oatmeal or baked oatmeal for breakfast… and recently i’ve been making oatmeal soups for lunches and dinners. However I can usually make about 4 cups of soup using only 1/2 a cup of dry oats. But pretty much 75% of all the food I eat contains oatmeal. Is this good or bad.. i know oats have carbs but overall are they healthy enough to eat as a staple in my diet?

Oats are good for you and contain Beta Glucans which keep your cholesterol and blood pressure in check, will also help your liver in processing acid waste.
