Baked Pork Tenderloin

How do you bake pork tenderloin? Do you cover it? If so for how long? Do I turn it and how often?

I just need to cook it for dinner, I tried to look it up on the internet but all the recipes included to many ingredents like bacon,and celery. I have all the spices for it just need to know how to cook it .

I have a GREAT recipe – be sure to sear it first in the pan!!!!! It seals in the juices! Here it is:

Preheat oven 350°
Roll Roast in chopped garlic, then in flour. Salt if desired.
Brown on all sides in lg. pan.
Place fat side up on rack & insert meat thermometer.
Cook 350° – 30 minutes per pound, or until thermometer reaches 175°.
Serve with potato pancakes.
