Baked Ziti ( Easy to Make)

1 lb ziti
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh basil and parsley, chopped
1/2 teaspoon of each of the following: dried oregano, thyme, & rosemary
1 (20 oz.) can diced tomatoes
3 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
Method
Fill a large pot with water and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil; add ziti and cook about 20 minutes (pasta should be al dente.) Drain and set aside. Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, cook onion and garlic in oil on medium heat about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add herbs; cook 1 more minute, stirring frequently. Add tomatoes; bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat and simmer 10-15 minutes. Place pasta in a 9×13 inch baking dish and pour tomato sauce over; mix well. Top with cheese and bake, uncovered, 30-35 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned.

This is a great dish and so easy to make! My family loves it!
