How to keep apple pie from falling apart?

I love to bake apple pie, but everytime I try to get it out of the pan it falls apart. Any tips?

Make sure the butter you use is COLD when you first mix your dry ingredients.

That should keep your crust flaky and firm.
I do not recommend cornstarch as it is not very digestable.
