What can I use for ‘all purpose baking mix’?

The sausage ball recipe I was planning to do calls for ‘all purpose baking mix’. What? I don’t buy baking mixes…..I don’t have pancake mix or biscuit mix or any of that sort of thing. What should I mix (ie, flour, sugar, etc) to use in place of it?

Basic All-Purpose Baking Mix

6 cups all purpose flour
3 tablespoons baking powder
1 tablespoon salt
1 1/4 cups vegetable shortening (butter-flavored or plain)
Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
Cut in shortening with pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse corn meal. Store in a container with tight-fitting lid. Will keep for up to 2 months.
