Honey Baked Peaches With Greek Yogurt Making Use of Silicone Baking Mat

If you have actually got a grill, you can also try barbecuing the peaches in summer, for an enjoyable twist. This recipe is a favorite with my whole family, and I always try to keep some of the peaches prepped and on hand, for days when we do not have time for a complete morning meal. It's a filling, protein, calcium, and vitamin packed morning meal, with adequate sugar to provide an excellent lift to the morning, but not so much that it causes sugar highs and crashes. Include a dash of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, or allspice for an enjoyable kick.
