Chicken Thighs Baked

Does this sound like a good meal plan for the next few days? I’m trying to lose weight and be healthy?

1 serving whole grain oatmeal

3 bean salad with cilantro (small serving)

Lemon Basil Chicken Pita (1 serving)


Honey Mustard chicken thighs (baked and made with boneless skinless thighs)
brown rice

(For dinner, my plate will look like 1/4 chicken, 1/4 rice, 1/2 broccoli)

Snack -by 7 pm
fruit smoothie (berries and bananas)

**I’m drinking about 9 glasses of water a day ( absolutely no soda and no liquor)
Thanks. The smoothie has OJ, yogurt, berries, and bananas- that’s it.

Also, the pita will be whole wheat.

this sounds great! make sure to change it up a little so you don’t get bored..
also, make sure the smoothie you’re making doesn’t have a ton of sugar or ice cream or anything like that. if you need to sweeten it, use honey – it is a natural sweetener!

good luck! also, make sure you do cardio and strenght training!
