What are some good deserts to bring to a bonfire?

I’m going to a bonfire and need a few easy dessert recipes to bring (besides smores) It cant be too messy and should be pretty easy to eat.
PS: i have a few food allergies so nothing with like condensed milk or things i cant find a substitute for

Roaring Campfires

An easy to make treat that looks like mini campfires.
Great for Scout events, camping or bonfires.
Very cute!

1 (18 ounce) package refrigerated peanut butter cookie dough
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2 cups pretzel sticks (the thin kind, broken into pieces)
1 (4 1/4 ounce) package decorator icing (yellow color with decorating tip)
1 (4 1/4 ounce) package decorator icing (orange color with decorating tip)

1 Preheat oven to 350°F

2 Lightly grease cookie sheets.

3 Let dough stand at room temperature about 15 minutes.

4 Combine dough, flour and cocoa in large bowl; beat until well blended.

5 Shape dough into 1-inch balls; place 2 inches apart on prepared cookie sheets.

6 Bake about 7 minutes or until set. Immediately press pretzel pieces into sides of cookies to resemble campfire logs. Carefully remove to wire racks; cool completely.

7 Using decorating tips, pipe yellow and orange icing onto cooled cookies to resemble flames.

Caramel Bars

1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/4 cups brown sugar
1 1/2 cups oatmeal
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup butter (melted)
32 caramels
5 tablespoons milk
1 (6 ounce) package chocolate chips

1 .Mix flour,brown sugar, oatmeal,salt,baking soda, and butter.
2 Reserve 1 cup and press remaining into ungreased 9 x 13 pan. Bake for 15 mins.at 350 degrees.
3 Melt 32 caramels in 5 tablespoons of milk.
4 Sprinkle chocolate chips on crust while hot.
5 Dribble caramel over chocolate chips.
6 Sprinkle remaining crust on top.
7 Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.

Nutella Brownies

1/2 cup all-purpose flour (unbleached)
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 cup nutella
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted, room temperature

1 Put rack in center of the oven. Preheat oven at 325°F Put parchment paper in the bottom of a 9 inch square pan (but taking care to let exceed a strip of parchment paper on each side (2 sides) and butter the two other sides). Sorry for this sentence, I had so much trouble translating it LOL.
2 In a bowl, mix flour and salt. Set aside.
3 In another bowl, with an electric mixer, beat eggs, nutella, brown sugar and vanilla until the mixture is creamy and homogeneous, about 2 minutes. At low speed, add dry ingredients alternating with melted butter.
4 Spread in the pan. Cook 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of cake comes out with lumps and not completely clean.
5 Let cool in the pan about 2 hours. Remove from pan and cut in squares.
